Each year, from early March through mid-December, Silver Roses are stewarded by Knights of Columbus councils along routes from Canada to Mexico.

Every stop the Silver Rose makes throughout the pilgrimage is a rosary-centered occasion for Knights, parishioners and community members to pray for respect for life, for the spiritual renewal of each nation, and for the advancement of the message of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

We are blessed to have been selected one of 4 churches in Omaha to hold a prayer service. Join us on Tuesday, August 29, at 7:00 pm in the Cathedral for the Rosary, Liturgy, Consecration, and a Final Blessing.

The Rose will arrive at 6:30pm.  We will have a Knight posted, so if you can arrive early please do and you can help serve in the honor guard and we don’t have one Knight posted for an extended time.  Father Schwer will be conducting the service.   Please invite family and friends to this event.  The last time we hosted the Silver Rose, Al was the Grand Knight.
